Team Manager (German)

The role As a German Speaking Team Manager, you will report to the Operations Manager. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a team of up to 10 German speaking Energy Consultants. Working in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment, your primary responsibility will be to influence revenue streams through the continual management and development of your team. Working on behalf of our clients. Responsibilities & Skills Required • Continual performance management and development of Energy Consultants. o Recruitment & selection of Energy Consultants, supported by our Recruitment team o Coaching and feedback sessions o Monthly 121 sessions and annual appraisal reviews o Facilitating workshops o Absence management o Conducting investigation and disciplinary meetings • Implementing company sales compliance, policies and procedures. • Monitoring and Driving your team’s performance. • Setting targets to ensure the operational KPIs are achieved. • Compiling and analyzing sales figures. • Developing Sales strategies within your market area • Helping Energy Consultants close deals The Person • Native German speaker • Good Level of English, both written and oral • A minimum of 1 years’ experience of managing a telephone based sales team. • Experience working in business to business is preferred, but not essential. • Experience working in the energy industry is preferred, but not essential. • A proven track record in sales management. • IT literate. • Excellent attention to detail. • Organised and adaptable to change. • Target focused and driven with a positive attitude. • Excellent communication skills. • Flexible • Creative and motivated to success • Achieving targets to key responsibilities Most important is your drive for success, passion for communication and ambition to make money.
