Job description WHAT WILL YOUR DAY IN THE OFFICE LOOK LIKE? o Interaction with processing, manufacturer, MasterCard and regulators (if it is necessary, on the issues of card programs) o Preparation and submission of various reports o Working with refund and chargeback forms o Setting up new card programs or configurations o Tracking changes in MasterCard programs and timely implementation of these changes o Dealing with problematic client transactions o Preparation and assistance (for CCO) with the annual Master Card audits Requirements DESIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: o Fluent in English & Russian – it will be your main language o Working experience as a manager of card programs (MasterCard) in financial institutions o Knowledge of the internal processes of the card processing, manufacturer MasterCard o Knowledge of the associated and principal members' of MasterCard working standards o Attention to details, ability to solve several tasks at the same time, strong communication skills with both customers and internal users o Flexible approach to new challenges We offer WHAT WILL YOU GET IN RETURN? o Work related training programs o Flexible working hours after 1 year of employment o Fully equipped own kitchen – tea / coffee for free o Chill-out zone for resting during the day o Multisport Card and Meal tickets o Annual vaccination against influenza o Competitive salary + bonuses
