VIP Associate (Loyalty Programs Support)

You will be a key partner in solving issues related to Expedia's global loyalty program for hotels, currently branded VIP. You will work and communicate directly with Expedia Inc sales teams (Market Managers), hoteliers, and other support colleagues. You will demonstrate solid customer-service skills and interact clearly and professionally via email, telephone, and chat. Responsibilities: Consistently meet or exceed individual and department goals and key performance indicators Perform performance audits, identifying areas of improvement Resolve critical and/or escalated partner issues and concerns, providing global support as needed Contribute to cross-functional business initiatives, provide input to teams and proactively anticipate program needs Requirements: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills One year or more of customer service experience Available to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends Fluency with technology; ability to learn new software, tools, and technical processes quickly Experience with Microsoft Office products Fluent in English and regional language preferred Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Associates degree or higher preferred Strengths you will need: Quickly able to demonstrate good judgment, while following guidelines and procedures Flexible to changes in responsibilities and assignments Personally driven Willingness to assist where and when needed Excellent time-management and organizational skills Can learn quickly and ask good questions Work and learn independently as well as collaborate with other teams and team members Openly communicate with colleagues, sharing ideas and improvements We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
