Global Project Office Specialist

Job description Our client is an innovate company that provides its clients with original solutions specifically tailored to their needs and requirements in areas such as management consulting, e-business strategies and technologies or IT and business process outsourcing. The Global Project Office team is responsible for the maintenance of Global Project Hierarchy and is predominantly focused on the Project maintenance and Quality Check (verifying that all required information and documentation has been provided, the requested structures are in place and correct, and subsequently manages the creation within the contract). The team is ensuring that other company´s teams have correct master data and reporting to enable their processes. Now you have the chance to be part of the team! As Global Project Office Specialist, you will be responsible for the following tasks: Maintain the project Structure according to the Local and Global contractual requirements Deliver Mantime downloads for Billing Run and answer billing-related queries Maintain Worker table reports and transfer Worker table reports for Billing Run Deliver Account specific reports for data collection, revenue recognition and etc. Request and maintain account profit centres and profit centre structure. Request Offshore and InterCompany Project codes Assign /extend/deactivate employee assignments
