Role summary: Responsible for territory revenue growth in a country/region Manages funnel growth, funnel conversion and customers sales performance within territory including opportunity/deal management Recruits and nurtures customers/resellers in order to establish a tight connection with the sales channel Participate on recruiting of new team members, coaching Motivation of team members, their development Act as business advisor, build business plan with the customers/resellers to ensure collaboration is profitable for all parties Responsible for achieving quarterly and annual goals Coaching business managers and other people from different teams Talent development
