Procurement Specialist WITH ENGLISH

Your main responsibilities on this position will be: Creation and issuing of the Purchase Orders to suppliers Data validation, pre-approvals processing Cooperation with suppliers, Supply Chain Management, Business and Finance Verifying that all required information and documentation has been provided Creates purchase orders Purchase order processing Resolution of queries Compliance with the company´s Procurement policies Distribution of completed purchase orderes to suppliers Administrative tasks (archiving, filing etc.) You will love working on this position if: You are seeking a back office related role where you can utilize your language skills You are a fresh graduate and would like to use the knowledge and skills you gained during your studies You would enjoy to work in an open space environment and use English language when communicating with your colleagues
