Procurement Specialist | Back Office

Job description This is a fantastic opportunity for you to use your procurement expertise to support a procurement team. As a PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST, you have to make sure that products are purchased from specified suppliers and are delivered according to agreed terms and conditions. Who will you work for? Your Responsibilities: Creating and issuing purchase orders to suppliers Reviewing all purchase requests, verifying that all required information and documentation has been provided, and subsequently creating purchase orders for the requested items Making sure that purchases are made against properly approved purchase orders, and are compliant with CSC Procurement Policies Processing of purchase requests in compliance with agreed SLA Solving PO related queries from requesters as well as suppliers Completing related admin tasks e g: archiving, filing etc.
