As an HRBP, you will: Develop HR relevant activities Ensure HR Contracts, Policies, Procedures are in adequacz with Czech law Implement and improve HR processes Drive hiring plan (post jobs, deal with Recruitment partners, coordinate recruitment processes, plan interviews etc.) Creation of records and work closely with Payroll Maintain HR database up to date L&D (plan and schedule trainings, prepare logistics, communicate with participants) HR reporting Onboarding/Offboarding processes Administer benefits (insurances, vouchers, allowances etc) More
