France/Benelux Credit & Collections Manager

Job description Do you have experience in Credit Management or similar field? Do you speak advanced French and intermediated English? Would you like to travel for regular business trips to France and Benelux? We have a great job opportunity for you! Well-established international company providing also financial services is currently expanding. This is a great opportunity to get a challenging job, where you can utilize experience / background in finance, within one of the top best employers in the Czech Republic! Tasks related to the CREDIT MANAGER role will include: Conduct ledger reviews with credit control team, set up actions and targets. Drive service delivery Analyze customer behavior, recommending methods to improve efficiency and AR performance Assist in monthly and other assigned reporting and provide monthly reconciliations Provide detailed analysis of customer issues – amount, root cause, immediate solution, and action plan for ensuring no reoccurrence Represent the company in front of its clients on monthly service review meetings Drive resolution of top level issues – work directly with customers with largest overdue balances to recover debt (including onsite visits when required) Develop and document credit control policies and procedures Develop and enhance current internal reporting Design, implement and ensure adherence to internal controls Requirements: Language skills: proficient in spoken and written French and intermediate English Strong experience in Credit Management or related field in finance Excellent client management skills Computer literacy (MS Office - especially excellent knowledge of Excel) Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Understanding of finance and accounting principles Very good communication skills Willingness to travel to France and Benelux for client reviews on monthly basis Benefits: Annual bonus Language and professional courses Overtime payments Pension insurance allowance Refreshments at the workplace Subsidized meal vouchers Corporate events Program Benefit Plus Other info: Are you interested in this position?
