Implementation Consultant with German

Position: Full-time Language Required German with English Location: Central Prague, Karlin Prague 8 PROJECT DESCRIPTION Our client for this project is the world’s leading vacation rental website in the world with more than 1.2 million online bookable vacation rentals in over 190-countries. We are seeking a passionate, resourceful Implementation Specialist to be a part of our Global Implementation Team, owning projects from discovery through to completion. You will be responsible for activating listings and e-commerce feeds for Property Managers (PMs) to ensure that their content remains accurate. • Working with Property Managers and their Property Management Software Company to activate listings content and online booking feeds • Managing integration go-live periods, and solving problems by working closely with internal teams to ensure optimal performance of integrations • Communicating updates throughout project lifespans with PMs and internal partners on various teams • Providing recommendations, policies, and guidelines about performance and e-commerce practices, and work with PMs to ensure understanding of integration functionality to allow for client success • Tracking and providing data on key performance indicators related to projects, including timelines and client satisfaction • Running pilot projects when new software integrations are launched YOUR PROFILE • Must be able to communicate fluently (native level) in German • Fluent English is a must • Strong interpersonal communication skills and a customer-centric approach • Very comfortable with complex tasks; detail-oriented, analytical, and thorough • Familiar with or able/willing to quickly learn multiple internal systems • Technical background (Not afraid or overwhelmed of the technical side of this role) • Able to follow and comply with a strict process • Experience with Salesforce.com, issue-tracking software (JIRA, etc.) and XML a plus WE OFFER • Social & health insurance • Attendance bonus • In-house promotion • Competitive salary • Czech & English lessons • Full-time employment • Central location • Performance bonus • 23+Holidays • Wellbeing vouchers • Weekly fresh fruit • Meal vouchers • Discounted gym membership • Charity Events • Awesome Colleagues • Paid overtime • International environment • Company events • Business trips • In-House training ABOUT UTILITYWISE PRAGUE Utilitywise Prague provides sales, marketing, and customer care services for global brands by communicating directly with their customers in any of 28 languages.
