HR DATA MANAGEMENT

Job description Use this unique opportunity to work and carve your own career path in an international IT services company, which will provide you with great package of benefits – flexible working hours, possibility of home office, friendly working environment, etc. As a HR DATA MANAGEMENT Specialist you will be responsible for the management of the HR data and systems, alongside delivering key data and information to other areas of the business. Your responsibilities: Coordinating and administering specific CSS HR process - employee benefit programs, employee relations, leave of absence, joining and leaving, personal details changes. Data Management activities - mass uploads, manual updates, resolving errors generated from different systems. Continuous development of the systems reporting capabilities. Working with the Global project team across all areas of SAP knowledge transfer, infrastructure testing and implementation. SAP troubleshooting - to trouble shoot and improve data quality and integrity. Testing and sign off for all SAP changes and upgrades, ensuring integrity of the SAP system, reviewing all manual entries into SAP modules Performing regular data control Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in HR Administration, Business Administration, or related field Fluency in English 1+ years HR/Customer service/Data Analyst experience, preferably in SSC environment Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook i.e. you can draw a graph, create and filter charts, put together a presentation and make sure that your outlook is not a mess Knowledge of SAP, Workday or other HR system Superb communication, organizational and problem solving skills Benefits: 25 days of paid holidays Unlimited period contract Flexible working hours Three days of Home Office per month Health and accident insurance Referral bonus Meal vouchers Fruit and refreshment on the workplace Multisport Card Trainings Opportunity for career growth both horizontally and vertically Team buildings and company events Brand new offices close to the city centre Other info: Are you interested in this position?
