Business Services Coordinator

Job description Do you have experience from administrative role? We are looking for a suitable candidate for the world's largest international oil and gas company with SSC in Prague. Your main responsibilities will be: organizes and support activities for department or initiative ensure coordination of activities across departments and or individuals provide general meeting support and schedule coordination work in SAP system communication in English ad hoc administrative tasks Location: Prague 3 (metro station Flora) Start: ASAP Definite contract with possibility of extension Working time: 40 hours/weekRequirements: We are seeking enthusiastic candidates with: Secondary degree, very good knowledge of English knowledge of User Acceptance Testing communicative and detail oriented person accurancy and customer service mindset understanding of technical concepts and can articulate them strong team player Benefits: meal allowance 5 weeks of holidays/ year above statutory illness plan yearly bonus Other info: Are you interested in this position- Please fill in the contact form or send us your CV both in English and Czech language with the ref. number in the subject of your application.
