Job description Are you an energetic University student with good organizational skills? Are you looking for a job in an international company and great experience in internal communication and project management? Do you speak English fluently? If so, we look forward to your CV! What you’ll do: Administrative support for project managers and internal communication team Preparation and editing of information / communication materials Cooperation on events (distribution of posters, preparation and transport of materials, etc.) Organization of internal events / workshops / training Preparation and checking of presentations Monitoring deadlines and internal processes Writing and editing of articles Updates and maintenance of different internal pages Coordination of related activities Start: Immediately Salary: 140-160 CZK/hour Working 20-40 hours/week, longterm cooperation. Location: Prague 4 (right next to the metro station Chodov)Requirements: University education (student ideally) Previous administrative experience Advanced English (daily communication with foreigners - oral, telephonic, written) Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel on advanced level) Knowledge of editing software (eg.
