Job description Are you skilled HR Specialist with the minimum 2-years of experience in HR ADMINISTRATION area or HR in general (the previous experience with the complete HR agenda is essential)? Join a completely new HR project in Prague within one of the top Health & Pharma companies in the world! What will be your duties? Performing day-to-day delivery of HR administration - employee benefits, absence requests, sickness/parential leave, etc. Managing onboarding and offboarding processes. Answering employee questions in German/ English. Maintaining employee benefit files and ensuring all required support documentation is recieved and filed in an established order. Using company software and systems including SAP, Workday, SalesForce. Taking an active part in HR transitions. Developing an understanding of Global Service operations. Identifying areas for improvement. Performing special projects as assigned for various departments within HR Interpreting and applying organizational policies and procedures.
